In Q3 2022, the top five neon-themed games on the Android platform in Portugal exhibited diverse performance patterns in terms of downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower highlights these trends, offering a closer look at the market dynamics.

Geometry Dash Lite from RobTop Games saw a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from 2.1K in late June and reaching 3.8K by the end of September. Active user numbers also showed a steady increase, climbing from around 36.2K to 42.7K over the quarter.

Tiles Hop EDM Rush Music Game by AMANOTES PTE LTD experienced a peak in weekly downloads at 3.2K in early August, though this figure gradually declined to 1.7K by the end of September. Weekly active users mirrored this downward trend, starting at 47.3K and decreasing to approximately 41.3K.

Beatstar - Touch Your Music from Space Ape showed a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, peaking at 2.8K in mid-July before dropping to 1.4K by the end of the quarter. Despite these fluctuations, active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 13K to 14K throughout the period. Revenue for Beatstar showed some variability, peaking at approximately $979 in mid-September.

Dancing Road: Color Ball Run!, another title from AMANOTES PTE LTD, had weekly downloads ranging from 1.1K to 1.8K, with a noticeable dip to 796 in mid-September. Lastly, Tic Tac Toe 2 Player: XOXO by Rejoy Studio displayed a significant drop in weekly downloads from 2.3K in late June to just 210 by the end of September. Similarly, active users decreased from 5.7K to approximately 1.6K over the same period. The app recorded minimal revenue with a peak of $1 in late August.
